  • Develop: our activities develop people’s bodies, minds and futures.

CREED OUTDOOR LEARNING TRUST IS A “NOT FOR PROFIT” WITH SOCIAL VALUES AND GOALS RATHER THAN FINANCIAL.

WE ARE LEADING THE WAY BY DEVELOPING NEW ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMMES FOR SCHOOLS AND YOUTH GROUPS IN KENT, OFFERING NEW, DIFFERENT AND EXCITING WAYS FOR GROUPS TO GET A GREAT OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

OUR OUTREACH PROGRAMMES WILL MAKE YOUR SCHOOL A PLACE WHERE ADVENTURE STARTS AND THE FUN IS ALWAYS THROWN IN FOR FREE

Creed Outdoor Learning Trust Ethos – is to get young people outdoors and active and to give every child that we work with a taste of adventure. Through designing, developing and delivering new activities and programmes that are educational, adventurous, affordable and most importantly fun. Either through our site based activities near Sittingbourne or through our extensive range of outreach activities that can be delivered on school sites,

Set up in 2011 by Paul Oxberry to develop and deliver outdoor educational and adventurous activities in the East Kent area. In 2012 we were part of a consortium that successfully bid for and won a three year contract from Kent County Council to provide youth activities in Faversham and we are part of the new Swale youth consortium that will be delivering youth activities for the next five years in Swale. At present we are running regular weekly Youth Clubs in Faversham on Friday evenings for young people of secondary school age, monthly outdoor learning days for home educated children, a project called Good To Be Me in the Ashford area on Tuesdays and an alternative curriculum project on Wednesday and Thursday in Swale.

We work with many local schools, scout and guide groups, home educated children, children in care, general youth groups, NEET groups and adults. As part of our social payback we sponsor the Children in Care awards each year, providing activities and staff for free.
